- As long as there is a vacancy in their age group, we accept players of all skill levels at all ages.
Can my child register as an individual player or must they register as part of a team?
- Yes, we accept individual registrations from players. However, it is entirely dependent on similar registrations & if we are able to create a team of similar age & playing abilities.
How are teams selected?
- Teams are selected around age, basis of skill & experience. Teams that are re-registering with the club as an entire team will remain as such.
- NJNC encourage players to recruit through their own social circles prior to registration.
- A parent/caregiver is required to coach & manage each team.
How many players per team (max)?
- Our teams are capped at 10 players per team. Team sizes of 9 are preferable as court position rotations are easier to manage.
- With 7 court positions, the minimum team size would be 7 however we expect teams of 8 to ensure there is coverage for when players are injured or unavailable.
